We have 60 sets of advanced analytical instruments, including oil liquid emission spectrometer, Fourier infrared spectrometer, multifunctional gas chromatograph, liquid particle counter, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, and iron spectrum analyzer.
Oil and grease testing: We can conduct testing on various types of oils and greases, including lubricating oil, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, and grease. The testing includes over 30 physical and chemical properties, such as elemental spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, kinematic viscosity, acid value, moisture content, iron spectrum analysis, oil decay, particle contamination, color, flash point, dissolved gas components, breakdown voltage, working cone penetration, drop point, PQ index, , etc.
RoHS testing: We can perform testing for restricted substances in electronic and electrical products to comply with China's RoHS and the European Union's RoHS requirements. This includes lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, mercury, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, and four phthalates.
